PVC shrinkage film manufacturers used sieving to make the size of PVC resin powder uniform and easy to operate. When the particles are large, the plasticizing temperature is high, the time is long, the plasticizer takes more time, the small size of the particles is short, the plasticizing time is low, the plasticizing time is short, the particle size is too wide and the plasticizing temperature and time are not easy to control. Therefore, PVC resin powder should be sieved before PVC granulation, so as to remove excessive PVC particles.

In order to make PVC mix well with various auxiliaries, two kinds of equipment, Z low speed kneader and high-speed kneading machine, can be used for plastic products factories. The Z kneader is made up of a semicircle shaped slot and a switchable lid and a Z type spiral slowly rotating blade. The slot jacket can be heated by steam or electric heating. After the work is finished, it can be turned over and poured out of the mixed plastic in the tank. The high speed kneader consists of two parts: one on the bench, a stainless steel pot, a pot cover and a rotating shaft with a stirring paddle. Through the direct connection with the motor, the blade of the stirred blade can be rotated at high speed under 1408r/min, and the friction force will increase the PVC formula to 3~5min. After that, the temperature can rise to 90~100 C, then enter the low stirring pot, stir at low speed, then cool down with cooling water in the jacket, then discharge.

There are two main sources of heat, one is the heat produced by shearing and friction of materials and materials, the other is the heat provided by external heaters. It should be pointed out that the design of the barrel and screw has great influence on the heat generation during the extrusion process.

The pressure peak value of the conventional screw pressure profile is located at the beginning of the metering section (or around it). The new screw pressure contour line, the pressure contour curve of the IKV extrusion system with longitudinal grooves on the inner wall of the charging section. The peak pressure is in the compression section.
