Wet granulation PVC pelletizing machine twin screw single screw granulator

The main working way of the PVC granulator is pelletizing with wet granulation. Through a certain amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizer is fully chemically reacted after the body is humidified in the cylinder. Under certain liquid phase conditions, the rotating movement of the barrel is used to make the extrusion pressure of the material into the ball.

 

The main advantage is to use steam to heat moisture, improve the temperature of the granulation material itself, reduce the granulation water, reduce the load of the dryer, and improve the working efficiency. The granulating rate of the rotary drum granulator can reach 70%, and the equipment is simple in operation, flexible in operation and convenient in maintenance. The equipment is lined with ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), which eliminates the sticky wall phenomenon of the material, reduces the labor strength of the workers, and greatly prolongs the service life of the equipment.

First-stage machine

Deceleration box
1) the deceleration and torque distribution parts are integrated into one, and the structure is compact.
2) radial bearing of needle roller bearing and bearing deceleration torque distribution system;
3) the gear is made of 
high-quality alloy material, precision is manufactured according to the accuracy of ISO1328-1995 cylindrical gear, and all gears are carburized and hardened. The tooth profile is trimmed by special grinding software to ensure gear strength, uniform tooth load, high strength, low noise and low vibration.

 

screw
1) the screw is a building block structure;
2) mandrel material: 40CrNiMoA, a threaded element,
and mandrel for involute connection, high strength, large load bearing, easy assembly and disassembly.

high-quality high-speed tool steel W6MO5CR4V2, high-temperature vacuum quenching heat treatment.

Barrel

Second stage machine

Deceleration box:

a gear drive with high precision hard tooth face thrust seat designed by ZLYJ series professional for single screw extruder is designed to adopt various technical specifications stipulated in JB/T8853-2001 "cylindrical gear reducer". The output shaft adopts high strength 42CrMo, and other gear wheels and shaft parts are used for high strength 20CrMnTi material. Material: the gear is processed by carburization, quenching and grinding, the gear precision is high and the hardness is high, the gear precision is GB10095-88,6, the tooth surface hardness is HRC-54 to 62, the thrust bearing is arranged at the front end of the hollow output shaft, the axial thrust of the screw is subjected to the screw working, the whole machine is small, the bearing capacity is high, the transmission is stable.

 

Screw
1) the material is 38CrMoALA nitriding, nitriding HV950-1050, deep 0.6-0.75mm, brittleness less than II grade, screw plating hard chrome plating.
