Description of Roundness laser:

-----The Laser Diameter Guage is a high and new-technological product incorporating optics and electrics together. By adopting the laser scanning method, the instrument can carried out high-speed, high-precision, non-contact type measurement of tubular objects to be measured on the production line. Owing to the non-contact type measuring point, no interference will be introduced to the measured object. Thus this instrument is especially applicable to hot, soft, movable and vibrating measured objects.

Functional Description of our 3d printing plastic filament extruder machine

1.The vacuum loader wil help load the raw material into the hopper dryer,which will help reduce labor. Thehopper dryer is with heating and blowing drying system which will help fully dry the raw materials.

2.The whole machine is controlled by on touch screen "SIEMENS"PLC system. The PLC system will automatically control all other systems according to the data from the roundness laser measuring device. If the roundness tolerance is too big,the system will automatically control the cooling water temperature,extrusion speed and tracting speed.

3. The tractor machine uses soft belt , which will ensure that the filament will not change shape and the storage thread stand is very important for leaving enough time to change the spool.
