The main machine of plastic granulator is extruder, which is made up of extrusion system, transmission system and heating and cooling system. The extrusion system includes screw, barrel, hopper, die and mould. The transmission system's function is to drive the screw, which is usually made up of motor, reducer and bearing. The heating and cooling device is a necessary condition for the plastic extrusion process.
The application of frequency converter
The inverter has high frequency, smooth output, high control precision,high performance vector control, RS485 serial interface, and multi control. It can replace DC speed control and servo control.
Auxiliary equipment
The auxiliary machine of the plastic granulator mainly includes the line setting device, the straightening device, thepreheating device, the cooling device, the traction device, the meter, the spark testing machine and the line collecting device. The use of extruder is different from that of auxiliary equipment. For example, there is a cut-off device, dryer, printer and so on.

Preheating device
In the process of plastic extrusion, the preheating can eliminate the difference between the cold line and the plastic contact, which can avoid the fluctuation of the plastic temperature, thus stabilizing the extrusion pressure and ensuring the extrusion quality.
Cooling system
Formed plastic extrusion cladding should be cooled immediately after leaving the nose,otherwise it will deform under the action of gravity. The way of cooling usually adopts water cooling, and is divided into quench and slow cooling according to different water temperature.
Control system
The control system of the plastic granulator consists of the heating system, the cooling system and the measurement system of the process parameters, which are mainly composed of electrical appliances, instrumentsand actuators (the control panel and the operating table). Its main function is to control and adjust the drag motor of the main auxiliary machine, output the speed and power that conforms to the process requirements, and coordinate the work of the main and auxiliary machines, detect and adjust the temperature, pressure and flow of plastic in the extruder, and realize the control or automatic control of the whole unit.
