Twin screw extruder adopts big brand parts, highly automatic controlling system, which is easy to operate and stable quality.
This line has good mixing, dispersion and extrusion performance, which will help make top-quality pellets.
The PET characteristic
1. Hot deformation temperature and long service temperature are the highest in thermoplastic general engineering plastics.
2. Because of its high heat resistance, the reinforced PET is immersed in a solder bath at 250 C for 10S, almost without deformation and discoloration. It is especially suitable for preparing electronic and electrical parts for soldering.
3. The bending strength is 200 MPa, the modulus of elasticity is 4000 MPa, the creep resistance and fatigue resistance are very good, the surface hardness is high, the mechanical properties are similar to thermosetting plastics.
4. As the price of ethylene glycol used in producing PET is almost half cheaper than the price of butanediol used to produce PBT, PET resin and enhanced PET are the lowest prices in engineering plastics with high cost performance.

Shipping and Packing
Filling Modification equipment double screw extruder parallel twin screw machine will be packed by wooden base plate, damp proof plastic lining, fully-closed plate-box external.
Deposit 40% by T/T in advance, delivery against payment of 60% balance after qualified acceptance.
Before leaving factory, equipment should be tested by both parties. Test material offered by buyer.
We will send 1-2 technicians for machine’s installation and debugging according to customer’s requirement; the technician’s board and lodging and the round-trip airplane ticket expense undertakes by the buyer,additional service charge USD50.For each technician/one day, estimate 5-7 working days
